Join the Aquarium of the Pacific President and CEO Dr. Jerry Schubel in the new state-of-the-art Honda Pacific Visions Theater as he moderates a panel discussion among leading environmental experts and the team behind the development and realization of the Aquarium’s first major expansion project, Pacific Visions.

The report summarizes the proceedings of a workshop with coral experts from around the world held at the Aquarium in 2018.

The festival will include traditional craft demonstrations, educational programs, and an ocean of entertainment, including music and dance performances.

Visitors will have the chance to visit booths from various Earth-friendly organizations and to participate in hands-on learning demonstrations for people of all ages.

The Aquarium of the Pacific is mourning the loss of Charlie the southern sea otter, who passed away on Monday, April 22.

For the past 20 years, members of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) have celebrated our planet with annual Party for the Planet® events. This year, with support from the Disney Conservation Fund, members will be helping their communities “spring into action” with opportunities for families to volunteer to improve our planet.

The Aquarium of the Pacific will host its tenth annual Urban Ocean Festival on Saturday and Sunday, March 30-31, 2019.
