Staci Wong

Staci Wong is the interpretation manager at the Aquarium of the Pacific. She manages guest experiences at the Aquarium that are facilitated by the education department, including volunteers. Wong has been developing more inclusive messaging practices to encourage interest in science and conservation in this free-choice learning environment to support the diverse audience that visits the Aquarium daily. Before becoming an educator, Wong researched animal behavior focusing mostly on bears, which continue to be a subject of interest. She has expertise on ocean and coastal ecosystems and the Aquarium’s animals and exhibits.
