The Aquarium, in collaboration with Cortina Productions, has won a 2017 MUSE Award from the American Alliance of Museums for a video telling the story of the Aquarium’s first major expansion, the Pacific Visions wing.

The Aquarium’s 8th annual Photographers Night was held in October, and guests were invited to submit their work for an exclusive photo contest. Here are the winners.

Charity Navigator, a nonprofit organization that aims to provide donors with information to guide their charitable decisions, recognized the Aquarium for strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency.

The story map was created to connect the public with the Southern California Steelhead exhibit and tell the story of this endangered fish.
