Lecture date: May 11, 2016. Scott Maloni discussed the technical, environmental, and economic issues surrounding seawater desalination and why it will or will not help California persevere through drought.

Maloni is vice president of development for Poseidon Water and is responsible for managing development of the company’s Huntington Beach Desalination Project, including legal, engineering, and government relations aspects.
