Lecture date: November 10, 2014. Los Angeles Times Food Editor Russ Parsons and author Paul Greenberg discuss sustainable seafood in the U.S.

This talk was part of an ongoing series at the Aquarium hosted by Parsons called The Future of Food.

Greenberg discussed and sign copies of his books, Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food and American Catch: The Fight for Our Local Seafood. While the U.S. controls more ocean than any other country, 85 percent of the seafood Americans eat is imported. Greenberg discussed ways to reestablish sustainable local fisheries and connect them with consumers.
