Lecture date: May 16, 2019. A panel of the experts and Aquarium staff members behind the development and realization of Pacific Visions discussed what went into creating the Aquarium’s first major expansion and the important environmental topics covered in the new exhibits and programming.

The panel moderator was Jerry Schubel, Aquarium president and CEO. Speakers included Duncan Ballash, president, EHDD; Joe Cortina, president, Cortina Productions; Peter Kareiva, director, Institute of the Environment and Sustainability at the University of California, Los Angeles; and Fahria Qader, Pacific Visions and architecture director, Aquarium of the Pacific.
