This lecture examines the fundamental relationship of water and energy, the existing policy structures that focus on benefits to multiple sectors, and how the energy sector is working with the water agencies and shared customers to overcome the barriers to implementation of these worthwhile programs. Martinez is a senior portfolio manager for Southern California Edison and Emerging Markets and Technology program lead.
