Lecture date: February 13, 2018. Katelyn Sullivan discusses her experience working alongside Dr. Peter Girguis of Harvard University in a mission to study a methane seep habitat located off of Point Dume, California.
Sullivan is the Aquarium’s education coordinator and was selected as a 2017 AltaSea Nautilus Ambassador. She sailed aboard the Ocean Exploration Trust’s E/V Nautilus as part of an expedition off the California coast in summer 2017.
