Lecture date: November 30, 2016. Douglas McCauley shares stories of science and adventure from his career as a marine biologist and new conservation tools and technologies to protect the ocean’s wildness.

McCauley is a professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and the lead author on the paper in the journal Science that inspired the Aquarium’s Vanishing Animals exhibit.
