Edward B. Barbier will discuss and sign copies of his latest book, The Water Paradox: Overcoming the Global Crisis in Water Management, which critiques current water policies and practices and offers policy and management solutions to avert a global water crisis. Barbier is a professor in the department of economics at Colorado State University and a senior scholar in the School of Global Environmental Sustainability.
