Member Movie Night
Pack your picnic blankets for the first ever Member Movie Night as the Aquarium’s front lawn transforms into an outdoor movie theater featuring Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax. This animated adventure follows a boy as he searches for the one thing that will enable him to win the affection of the girl of his dreams. To find it he must discover the story of the Lorax, the grumpy yet charming creature who fights to protect his world.
- The Great Hall of the Pacific will be full of fun activities for members kids to participate in, including booth games, contests, and crafts
- Movie theater style treats including hot dogs, popcorn, and candy will be available for purchase throughout the evening (while supplies last)
- The movie will be projected onto an inflatable screen on the front lawn and will begin at approximately 7:30 p.m.
- Please be sure to bring your own picnic blankets or low lawn chairs
- With the exception of Lorikeet Forest, the entire Aquarium will be open for viewing
Exhibit lighting will begin to dim at 8:30 p.m. to ensure the animals get a good night’s sleep. Please respect the Aquarium’s regulations as outdoor food and beverage are not permitted.
