Once you have made your reservation with our Guest Support Center, please complete the appropriate pre-visit form to help us plan the specific details of your Aquarium on Wheels visit.

Thank you for booking an classroom program with Aquarium on Wheels for your school/group. Below are questions that we need answered and submitted 4-6 weeks prior to your event date. Expect a confirmation call or email from an Education staff member 3-4 weeks before your scheduled date to review these details. Along with these details you will need to provide a schedule for the day of our visit. PLEASE COMPLETE ONLY IF YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED BOOKING.

Maximum of 35 students per program.
The students will be going into the truck after the program to touch the animals. The vehicle must be parked on a hard, flat and LEVEL surface that is asphalt or concrete. The vehicle cannot drive over or park on grass, dirt or gravel due to the weight of the truck (12 tons!). Due to the nature of the program, we require that the truck is parked inside the gates, on school grounds. We need a 50 ft x 25 ft space with a 13 ft vertical clearance.
We need an indoor space that can fit the entire group for each auditorium program you have booked. The space must have at least one functioning electrical outlet. We supply all audio/visual equipment necessary for the program.
We require a schedule for our day with your students/guests. Please assign time for the auditorium program and animal touch time. Groups of 20 - 27 students will need 15 minutes and groups with 28 students or more will need 20 minutes.
